Q. How does your delivery program work?
A. It’s structured and simple. With our customizable mapping software, we design an area that is best suited to your needs. We print out 3 sets of route maps, one for you, one for the crew supervisor and one for the driver. We call the day before your advertising is delivered to confirm the route schedules and answer any questions you might have. The crew leaves the warehouse around 5:30 a.m. and is typically delivering your advertising by 6:30 a.m.!
Q. How do I know my product is being delivered?
A. This is one of the biggest concerns with this kind of advertising and we strongly feel with our program that we have eliminated that headache. We now offer TeleNavTrack GPS tracking services for you.
Q. What is TeleNavTrack GPS?
A. TeleNavTrack GPS is a system we recently implemented to track the progress of your delivery. We have set the system up so a satellite records the position of the crews every 3 minutes. This way we can track them in “real time”. Upon request we will provide you with a GPS report of your deliveries. For a small premium, we will set you up with an account that gives you access to the GPS monitoring site directly so you can track your delivery immediately!
Q. Do you deliver our flyer with other companies’ flyers or products?
A. Absolutely not! We strongly feel that “piggy backing”, or putting your flyer with another companies advertising, that it in essence becomes junk mail. People today do not have the time to flip through a stack of a half a dozen flyers or so. Solo delivery is the way to go. YOUR advertising and YOUR company is the only thing seen!
Q. Why residential door to door delivery?
A. It is a far more effective way to reach your potential client and stands a better chance of being seen when it is by itself rather than in a pile of junk mail in your mailbox, or somewhere within a stack of flyers on your front porch. With the continual rising costs of US Postal rates today, there is a huge savings, approximately 50%, which will enable you to reduce your advertising costs or to reach twice as many potential clients.
Q. Can we provide the flyers or advertising materials to you, or do you require that we print them with your company?
A. We will deliver your advertising materials either way. Yes, we are a full service print & copy shop and not a broker. We do not require that you print with us like other companies do. We deliver for a number of different corporations and franchises that provide advertising materials already and are happy to deliver them for you. Do ask about our printing services or provide us with a recent quote on your project and we will see if we can beat the prices saving you even more money!
Q. How many flyers can you deliver in a day and do you have a minimum?
A. We currently have the ability to deliver from 30 to 40 thousand flyers in one day, depending upon our current schedule. We do have a 1000 pc. minimum, but do not send the crews out unless we are doing 5000 or more pieces. This does not mean you are “piggy backing” with another companies advertising. It means we are doing your job the same day we are doing other companies' jobs that have small minimums. We try and schedule these drops a couple of times a week.
Q. Do you guarantee results?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any sort of return percentage with your advertising. We do guarantee quality, on-time printing and delivery of your product. We will provide you with suggestions that you can use in your advertising that we found are more effective in grabbing your potential clients’ attention. We do know that the national average return percentage or “hits” with Postal mailing services is ½ of 1%, and that is considered very good. Please remember, these are calls or inquiries, and not actual jobs.
Q. Are there any legal issues or city ordinances pertaining to residential door to door advertising delivery?
A. We are not aware of any in the areas we cover in Southern California. We do try and respect gated communities or residences that request “No Soliciting”. However, delivering flyers is not considered by law to be “soliciting” as our crew members are not knocking on doors or specifically approaching people to sell them a product or service. It is not considered “Littering” because we are not blatantly disposing rubbish or debris on public or private property. If we are asked to leave a certain area because of homeowner association requirements, we leave. If we do not, we are subject to “Trespassing” violations. We are insured and carry a $1 million dollar liability policy.
